1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the youreater.digital website, or by enrolling in any course offered by youreater Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and youreater Ltd (registered in England and Wales).

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

4. Payment and Fees
Course fees are stated in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. Payment is due in accordance with the payment schedule agreed at the time of enrolment. youreater reserves the right to modify pricing at any time; however, any price change will not affect existing confirmed bookings.
Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension of access to course materials or cancellation of enrolment. Any charges incurred in recovering unpaid fees may be passed on to the student.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied after completing your first full week of a paid course, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the start of your first session. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@youreater.digital.
Cancellation by You: If you wish to cancel your enrolment before the course begins, you may do so with a full refund if notice is given more than 14 days before the course start date. Cancellations within 14 days of the start date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refund will be given for cancellations made after a course has commenced, except as provided under our 7-day guarantee.
Cancellation by youreater: In the unlikely event that we cancel a course, we will offer you a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date or course of equivalent value.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within our course materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, illustrations, audio, video, and course frameworks (including the VOICE Framework), is the intellectual property of youreater Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written consent.
Enrolled students are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use course materials for their own personal development. This licence does not permit sharing, sublicensing, or commercial use of course materials.
7. Limitation of Liability

However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, regarding our services and website content. Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant course.
